About WAEC
West African Examination Council is a compulsory examination written by Secondary School students in their final year of secondary school education in Nigeria and four other west African countries. The examination is compulsory as it’s enable them to continue their studies in higher institution. Students who don’t participate in this examination are not qualified to continue their education in higher institution.
How To Check WAEC Result 2025
For all candidates who took part in the 2025 west African examination council, follow the guidelines below to check your SSCE result online.
- Access WAEC Result portal via this link
- Once you’re logged in , a box for examination number is shown, Type in your 10 digit WAEC examination number.
- In the examination year space, select your year of examination.
- Select your type of examination, private candidate or school candidate in the required space.
- Enter your e-PIN voucher number in the space provided.
- Type in your serial number in the provided space
- Click on submit once you’re done and your result will be shown to you on your screen.
- You can proceed to print by saving a copy of it as pdf file.
Note- You have a maximum of 3 trials to check your WAEC result using your WAEC ID card, once this is exhausted, you can only check your result by purchasing a scratch card .
